The IRS determines its own processing times, which may vary depending on application volume. Faxed applications requiring a response by mail can take 1–3 months to process. We simplify the process by following up with the IRS on your behalf and keeping you informed of your application status. Once your EIN is assigned, we notify you promptly. While processing times cannot be guaranteed, we strive to make the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. All prices are listed in USD with no hidden fees, and payments can be made securely through PayPal using supported international payment methods.

Why are you charging when the EIN is free?
The EIN itself is free from the IRS — that hasn't changed. Our fee covers preparing your SS-4 in the format the IRS expects from non-U.S. applicants, reviewing it for the mistakes that cause delays, filing via the correct channel, tracking the case through IRS processing, and delivering the EIN to you in a format banks accept. None of those steps are free, but the EIN is.
Is the price one-time or recurring?
One-time. We don't bill monthly or annually. Once your EIN is delivered and any follow-up support has been provided, the engagement ends. If you need help with a different application later (or a 147C re-confirmation), that's a separate, optional engagement.
Do you offer refunds?
Before we submit your SS-4 to the IRS, you can request a full refund. After submission, the SS-4 work is complete and refunds aren't available — but our resubmission guarantee applies: free resubmission if the IRS does not assign your EIN.
What payment methods do you accept?
All prices are in USD and paid through PayPal. In most countries PayPal checkout also accepts debit and credit cards, so you don't need a PayPal balance. Once a specialist has confirmed your case fits the package, we email you a secure PayPal checkout link. You can get a full refund any time before we file your SS-4.
Can I upgrade between packages?
Yes. If you start with EIN Review ($25) and decide you'd like us to handle filing too, you can upgrade — you pay the difference, not the full new package price.
What does "Banking Readiness" actually add?
On top of EIN filing, we prepare the documentation in the format Mercury, Relay, Wise, and Payoneer expect — including a clean PDF of your EIN letter, name-matching verification across your documents, and a checklist of what each platform will ask for during account opening.
